Welcome to Soga, a Swahili voice assistant developed by Nadhari AI Lab ("Nadhari", "we", "our", or "us"). By using Soga, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

By accessing or using Soga, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Soga is an AI-powered voice assistant that provides conversational responses in Swahili and English. The service uses artificial intelligence to process your voice input and generate responses.

  • AI-generated content reflects the model's training and may have limitations or biases

5. Intellectual Property

Nadhari AI Lab retains all rights to Soga, including its design, code, models, and branding. Content you create through your interactions with Soga remains yours, but you grant us a license to use conversation transcripts for improving our services and research as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Soga is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nadhari AI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Soga. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or opportunities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Soga at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Soga after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
