Voice Data

When you speak to Soga, your voice is recorded and sent to our transcription service. Voice recordings are automatically deleted after your session ends. We do not store raw audio data.

Conversation Transcripts

By default, we retain text transcripts of your conversations with Soga. These transcripts do not include your raw voice recordings.

Technical Information

We may collect basic technical information such as device type, app version, and usage patterns to maintain and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Providing the Service: Processing your voice input to generate responses
  • Improving Soga: Analyzing conversation transcripts to enhance the product
  • Research and Development: Training and fine-tuning AI models developed by Nadhari AI Lab

Third-Party Services

Soga uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • OpenAI: For voice transcription (gpt-4o-transcribe) and language model responses (gpt-5-mini)

Your data is processed according to OpenAI's privacy practices when using these services. We encourage you to review OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

  • Voice Data: Deleted immediately after transcription within your session
  • Conversation Transcripts: Retained indefinitely unless you request deletion

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your conversation data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Soga is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website.
